Prairie Bears Cider – Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Policy

Order online and get cider delivered to your door!
We personally deliver cider orders within the Edmonton area every Saturday between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

The purchaser must be home to accept the delivery and show valid government-issued ID as proof of legal drinking age. Orders cannot be left unattended or delivered to minors.

If you live outside the Edmonton area — or if Saturday delivery doesn’t work for you — please reach out to us at hello@prairiebearscider.ca. We’ll do our best to arrange an alternative delivery option where possible.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is scheduled for delivery.
If your order cannot be delivered as planned, we’ll contact you to reschedule or arrange another option.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cider once it has left our facility, except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@prairiebearscider.ca. Include your order number and photos of the issue — we’ll review your claim promptly.

If approved, we’ll offer one of the following:

• – A replacement delivery
• – A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before Friday at noon (the day prior to the scheduled Saturday delivery) by contacting hello@prairiebearscider.ca.
Once delivery preparation has begun, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order.
