If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or inability to verify age, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
7. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages once they have left our facility, except where required by law or in cases of damage or defect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
